Call for Papers for e-Safety Congress in Lyon

Papers are requested by NOVEMBER 15 for this unprecedented conference and exhibition scheduled for September 2002 in Lyon.  The focus will be on a broad range of ITS services that address personal and public safety.


The e-Safety Congress and Exhibition, set to take place September 16-18, 2002 in Lyon, France, will focus attention on a wide range of technology innovations related to safety and security.  The conference is expected to address a host of issues, to include emergency call, real-time traffic information, infrastructure safety/security, hazmat, crisis/emergency management, rail traffic, bridge and tunnel safety, active safety/collision warning, and public transport safety.

Organised by ERTICO in co-operation with ITS France, the e-Safety Congress and Exhibition is part of an ongoing series of global conferences that started in Paris in 1994, including the ITS World Congresses and European Congresses.

Papers are requested by 15 November 2001.
