First eSafety Forum Plenary Meeting To Be Held This Month

The eSafety Forum’s mission is to monitor and implement the recommendations of the eSafety Working Group – all focused on the realization of intelligent integrated road safety systems in Europe.

The next step in the evolution of the eSafety initiative, the eSafety Forum was established in order to monitor and promote the implementation of the recommendations of the eSafety Working Group -- as well as to support the development, deployment and use of intelligent integrated road safety systems throughout the European Community.

The first Plenary of the eSafety Forum, to take place in Brussels on 22 April, will include presentations from ERTICO Chairman Max Mosley, European Commissioner Erkki Liikanen and ACEA President and Chairman/Renault CEO Louis Schweitzer.  

The Plenary will also offer a number of focus group sessions.
